Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies.

3 ingredients = amazingly delish and kitchen-helper Colton friendly.

1 package or spice cake mix

14 oz pumpkin puree

1 cup mini chocolate chips

mix. bake 13-15 minutes.

our little cookie monster.

 After dinner we went for a flashlight walk. Colton held the flashlight and pointed out "ees" (trees), "rass" (grass), "ocks" (rocks), and "do-do" (dogs barking). He was hoping to see tractors like he had earlier that day with Daddy...but they all had gone "ni-ni" (night night).

Our walk ended at the mailbox where there was a care package from Grandma Jules ("dules")!
Colton wasn't entirely sure about the ghost that plays the Ghostbuster Theme song as it shakes back and forth. (We were given a hand-me-down Tickle Me Elmo and Colton was NOT a fan.) It took a bit of time...but eventually he was pushing the play button all by himself. I heard "Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters!" for 20 minutes SOLID. Thank goodness for bedtime and thanks Grandma Jules for exercising your right as a grandma to give your grandson the noisiest toys possible. :)
