Colton is almost 8 months in this photo. His face is the newest squishy face he makes. So cute!!

And that's the infamous leaf.
Colton stuck the leaf in his mouth...and we thought we got it all and he didn't swallow any. A little while later he started acting like something was caught in his throat. I checked his mouth and nothing was there. Scared us though, especially when he did it again a second time. He nursed and was totally okay. We thought nothing more of it. Until the next morning when there was this piece of "lettuce" in his dirty diaper. Weird we thought. When did he eat lettuce?? About an hour later, we realized....it was the entire tip of the leaf was in his dirty diaper. In tact.
So, I hug trees....Colton eats them. We make a good pair.
